PERSONAL STATEMENT

I always liked 3D, I didn't have the oportunity to do any 3D in my line of work, so it has always been a dream. After 16 years or so in the Engineering basically as Draftsman, and a worldwide crisis, that left me unemployed, I thought I needed a change. So I started to study Autodesk Max by myself and I  learned the basics (I have my knowledge of Lightwave 3D a little rusty, but I think I can retake that at any moment with little effort, so I directed my efforts to learn other programs). But to enter in this whole new arena for me, I thought I needed to learn some heavy stuff so I started to learn Autodesk Maya at Trazos School in Madrid, Spain. I have now a valuable knowledge of the 3D package and I don't know if I'll get a job in the 3D industry, what I can tell you is that I'll keep learning from this amazing world and keep improving myself to grow to my limits (if I find them).

In 2009, I'll work in my Demo Reel, I don't have much to show, but i'll be posting works in my web so you can see my progress. I also have an intermediate level in Adobe Photoshop, and while I don't consider myself an artist just a computer user (I'm not good at traditional arts), I'll try to learn those ways too, so I can be as complete a CG Artist as I can.

Thanks for reading this, and I hope to work with you soon.
